About Us

In addition to our spectacular balsamico, we also grow a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs to sell at our local farmers' market, local co-ops, and specialty markets such as Whole Foods.

We distill 7 different fragrant, organic herbs, plus heritage rose petals, into oils and hydrosols for use in treatments and for sale at retail in our important San Francisco customer, International Orange (IO), a popular spa, yoga lounge co-founded by our daughter. To view these offerings, visit the IO online store, which stocks our herbal products under the OM OF NM brand (Old Monticello Organic Farms, New Mexico).

Starting in the summer months, often mid-June (until sometime in October) each year, we participate in the Sierra County Farmer's Market, in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, situated right on the banks of the Rio Grande River in Ralph Edwards Park. We offer our fresh, organic garden produce and tree fruits, oils and hydrosols distilled from our organic herb gardens, fresh-cut flowers, and a large variety of other farm-produced gift items.
